Desalter Transformer

Explosion-proof desalter transformer designed for crude-oil electrostatic desalting, built to withstand hazardous Zone 1 environments in oilfields, refineries, and offshore FPSO operations with stable long-term performance.

Electrostatic Desalting Unit

The electrostatic desalting unit consists of a large pressure vessel, powered by a high-voltage desalting transformer. Through electrode plates and demulsifiers, it efficiently removes salt and water from crude oil.

Electrostatic Desalting HV Inlet Device

The device powers the electrodes inside the electrostatic desalting vessel, with one end connected to the transformer’s high-voltage side and the other linked to the vessel’s electrode plates via a discharge rod.

Electrostatic Desalting Control Cabinet

Used with the explosion-proof desalter transformer, this device enables on-load, uninterrupted stepless voltage regulation, meeting the crude oil desalting and dehydration requirements through voltage adjustment in the desalter system.
